A LIFE CHANGED
Steve Fleet and his entire family came to Grace Creek for the first time on Easter weekend 2 years ago. When he started coming to Grace Creek, he had no idea how much spiritual family and development would affect him.
“Before coming to Grace Creek, we were at church, but not in church. We never felt at home anywhere else that we attended.”
Steve was in a very dry place when he got invited by his granddaughter to one of our Easter services two years ago. He had resolved to not attend anywhere for Easter and he was so discouraged. His granddaughter told him that she had friends there, so he accepted the invitation.
“We felt warmly welcomed and the worship was so uplifting. We all just knew that it was home. We went from being a bag of dry bones to being ignited and brought to life in Jesus!”
Over the last 2 years, people have invested and poured into Steve which has caused incredible life change within him. Generosity is so much more than a monetary investment. We value living generously with not only what God has given us, but also with our time and talents. Spiritual family and development has played a big part in Steve’s life and in the lives of his family. It has kept them planted at Grace Creek and has given them a place to not only experience the generosity of those in our church, but to also share that generosity with others.
