We can’t wait for your camper to join us for Camp G-Kids 2025! Check out the information below to help set your camper up for the best week of their summer!

With several hundred campers arriving Monday morning, we know you don't want to wait in a long check-in line, so we are providing TWO opportunities to complete the process ahead of camp.
At check-in, you will receive a few last-minute details and reminders, and you will turn in and/or complete camper paperwork. If you have a payment balance, please come prepared to complete your camp payment.
Check-in is required.
A parent or legal guardian must be the one to complete check-in for their camper or Jr. Leader under the age of 18.

Every morning you will need to park and walk your camper into the building to check them in for the day. You will be given a tag that will serve as that day's pick-up tag. Please keep this tag, as it will be required to pick up your camper from Camp G-Kids.
If someone else is picking up your camper that day, they must show your camper's pick-up tag. It can be the physical tag, or a photo of the tag.
Camper check-in begins at 8:00am in the Commons. You will not be able to check in your camper before this time. Our team will be available to assist and direct you to parking and check-in! Parents may leave once all forms are complete and you have received your pick-up tag.
-
Only campers with a previously scheduled appointment that cannot be changed are allowed to be picked up early from camp.
Early pick-up ends at 2pm each day.
On the morning of the appointment, parents must notify the camper's tribe leader of the early pick-up.
Please report to the front desk to pick up your camper, and allow plenty of time for your camper to be pulled from their activity and to gather their belongings.
-
All waiver & liability documentation must be completed and processed by our team BEFORE you will be allowed to drop off your camper at Camp G-Kids on their first day of camp.
-
Camper tribe assignments are based on the grade your camper is going into (incoming). Your camper will be given a colored wristband that corresponds to the tribe they are on.
This wristband is to be worn ALL week. Please do NOT cut it off.
-
After your camper has been dropped off with their tribe, they will be given a camp t-shirt and camp water bottle.
Please send your child in their camp t-shirt EVERY day.
Every camper will receive a Camp G-Kids water bottle to use at our water and gatorade stations all week. This water bottle will stay at the church during camp, and will come home once camp is over.
Please do NOT send your camper with a personal water bottle.
-
Lunch and snacks will be provided each day. If your camper has a food allergy documented on their paperwork that isn't accommodated by the menu, they will be permitted to bring outside food labeled with their first/last name and tribe. Documented food allergies are the only instance in which outside food will be permitted.
Camp G-Kids is NUT-FREE.
This is for camper safety and will be enforced for ALL food. -
On Wednesday we will be having a Water Day!
ALL campers must wear shorts and a t-shirt over their swimsuit during their water time.
Please send your child with a towel, sunscreen, and water shoes (required).
For camper safety, wearing water shoes will be enforced.
Please label all of your children's personal items with their first/last name.
Please send your camper already dressed in their swimsuit, covered by shorts/bottoms, and their camp t-shirt when they arrive at camp.
Send your camper with a full change of clothes to wear with their camp t-shirt after their water time.

Parents are invited to attend our parent program on Friday. While we wish attendance could be unlimited, please note that once we reach fire code capacity, we will have to shut the doors. Make plans to arrive early.
Doors will open for parents at 10:45am Friday morning.
